You can sign up through our website by registering your profile, filling out the necessary information, and then completing it by purchasing your ticket. You can choose between a Woman’s Ticket and Man’s Ticket because our events have limited spots available for each gender.
No, late arrivals will not be accommodated. Please arrive on time. Important pointers at the initial briefing will be given to all Strangers, so that the event can run smoothly.
The event format may vary, with options ranging from drinks and appetisers, or even full dinners. Additionally, the event includes music, a Circle Path, and some fun icebreaker questions to help setting the mood, all designed to ensure you fully enjoy the experience with Strangers, no matter where the beautiful setting might be in Lisbon.
Bring a positive attitude, your curiosity and comfortable clothing, and any personal items you may need.

Events last between 3 and 5 hours, depending on the experience.
Please arrive exactly 30 minutes before the event starts for check-in and the initial briefing, and plan to stay until the end.
Kindly do not arrive earlier than the indicated arrival time, as our team will still be setting up and getting everything ready for you.

You’ll start in your first Circle with other few Strangers. Every 30 minutes, your host will signal a rotation — time to follow your Circle Path and meet a whole new group.
You’ll receive your Circle Path during the initial briefing. Just follow the sequence — we’ll take care of the rest.
Expect icebreakers, conversation starters and optional secret missions for those feeling a little more playful. 👀
Every circle is different. Every Stranger brings a new story.
Sure. But the event is designed for individuals to meet new people, so each participant must register separately and get their single ticket. This ensures everyone gets the full experience of meeting new strangers.
Ah, the dreaded last-minute change of plans! Unfortunately, refund requests made less than 72 hours before the event are a no-no. Think of it as our way of ensuring everything is perfectly set for your amazing experience.

If you can’t commit to the full experience, we kindly suggest joining us another time when you can.
Staying until the end is important — not only to get the most out of the experience, but also because leaving early affects the Circles and the event flow.
And don’t worry… leaving early is rarely the problem. 😉 Most Strangers end up staying longer — and often continue the night together somewhere else.
Come with time. Leave when the experience is over… or when the Strangers finally let you go.
We always try our best to accommodate our Strangers’ needs or wishes. Please inform an organiser prior to the event.
Parking availability will be detailed in our communication with the exact event location. You will also be informed about public transportation’s options.
That’s a hard no. 😉 Leave the food and drinks at home — just bring your appetite for new connections and your enthusiasm for the unexpected.
As much as we’d love to meet your furry friend, we kindly ask you to leave llamas, unicorns, and other sweet pets at home.
Consider it an unexpected little detour! 😉 Once you realise you’re one Stranger too many, simply check your Circle Path and get back on track.

If the event is outdoors and the weather has other plans, we’ll notify all Strangers by email of any changes or rescheduling.
But somehow, the sun always seems to shine at our events — literally and metaphorically. ☀️
No worries! We will have icebreaker games to help everyone get comfortable. Plus, you can always talk about the weather, your favorite movie, or how you used to wet the bed when you were a child.
Well, that’s a bonus! Just make sure to get their contact info before the next rotation!
We don’t believe that’s possible because all our circles are carefully curated to spark connections. But if it happens, no problem! Just smile, be polite, and remember there’s a rotation every 30 minutes. Your new favorite person might be at the next circle!
There is no strict dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor seating. Just please do not come in your birthday suit.

There’s no such thing as too much enthusiasm at our events! Spread those positive vibes all around.
If you request a refund after your ticket has been processed (i.e., more than 24 hours after purchase and up to 72 hours before the event) a 5€ admin fee will apply. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a voucher, valid for the next event. No refunds will be issued within the last 72 hours prior to the event.
